2. China Outbound Tourism Quality Service Certification (QSC)

• Support in completing the application and related documents

• Acquisition of QSC Label

• Name-only listed on the QSC official website (www.qualitytourism.cn)

Cost : 200 Euros (+ vat, if applicable) per year

In case you choose one of the promotions pack (either the basic or the premium one) (please see below), the QSC certification is free of charge.

 

3. Promotion pack basic

The basic pack provides a minimum promotion in the Chinese market, which includes:

  • the China Outbound Tourism Quality Service Certification (QSC),
  • the presentation of your company (up to 500 words) on the official website of QSC (www.qualitytourism.cn) *,
  • your company's single entry in "The QSC Annual Handbook",
  • the promotion of your company to potential customers in China - once - through the WeChat / QSC account.

   * Once your company receives the QSC certification, tourism generis will translate its basic information in Chinese (up to 500 words), which will be used for the company’s promotion, as described above.

Cost : 1.000 euros (+ vat, if applicable) per year.

2. your company’s logo (high resolution), address, telephone, fax, website, email

3. the presentation of your company up to 500 words (English text to be translated in Chinese).

 

4. Promotion pack premium

The  premium pack includes the  basic pack, plus:

  • website set up and hosting in China *,
  • the promotion of your company to potential customers in China - 3 times per year - through the WeChat / QSC account (compared to 1 in the basic pack)

   * website set up and hosting in China includes :  5 web pages (support text, images and videos), template based design customization, preliminary SEO Search Engine Optimization, responsive web design (optimized for browse on mobile devices), content management system, content translation (English to Chinese), content update up to 6 times/year, integrated with multiple Chinese social media platforms and .cn domain registration.

Cost : 6.500 euros (+ vat, if applicable) per year.

5. Fam trips - B2B - PR campaigns

Α fam trip is far more cost effective compared to any promotional actions particularly for the huge Chinese market.

Once the basic awareness level is reached, then B2B follows with selected representatives of the Chinese outbound TOs and TAs.

PR campaigns can then follow to help  turning  the awareness to bookings.

6. Translation services

tourism generis can help with the translation from English into Chinese of web content texts, brochures, commercials and general information-advertising material. Translation services are available only for the QSC Label certified businesses and/or the ones who have bought a promo pack.

The translation is carried out by our Chinese partners, who are familiar with the tourist-advertising terminology-jargon and have experience in text writing specialized for the Chinese tourists.

Cost: depending on text format, prices starting from 0,15 Euro (plus VAT 24%) per each English word. Minimum charge: 150 Euros (plus VAT 24%), thus 1000 English words minimum.
