Li Bei (Ms)


Li Bei is a professional conference interpreter whose experience spans sectors including tourism, education, international affairs, security, sports and medicine.

She has provided simultaneous interpreting for China Daily, the World Economic Forum, the World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies, Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Beijing, the Trans-Himalaya Development Forum and the Laoshe Theatre Festival to name just a few.

She has also acted as an interpreter for a number of influential clients including the former Brazilian Ambassador to China, the former Canadian Ambassador to China, the CEO of Cirque du Soleil, a UNWTO Expert Consultant and former US governors.

She is also a bilingual Master of Ceremonies (MC) and has confidentially hosted a series of international events, including Canada’s 151st Anniversary Celebration and the Press Conference for IAAPA Expo Asia.

Li Bei holds an MA from the University of Bath, where she specialised in simultaneous and consecutive interpreting. She also holds a BA from Yunnan University, with a focus on cross-cultural communication. In her spare time, she practices boxing and karate and enjoys running around after her cat.
